A structured 12-session program
Designed to help you cultivate secure attachment step-by-step, building emotional safety, regulation skills, and deeper self-understanding over time.
Or unstructured, ongoing sessions
Where we work through whatever is coming up for you at your own pace — gently exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences as they arise.
All sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
I also offer free in-person workshops locally, creating opportunities for learning, connection, and community in a face-to-face setting.

I’m Brianna, Therapist at Light the Way Counselling.
My passion for this work comes from lived experience.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns you can see but can’t shift.
To feel overwhelmed, anxious, shut down… and unsure how to change it.
For a long time, I tried to think my way out of it.
But what I was missing was understanding my nervous system, my attachment patterns, and how to actually work with my body.
Learning this didn’t just give me insight —
it changed how I experience myself and my relationships.
And now, it’s the work I offer others.
This is a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported —
without judgement, without pressure, and without needing to have it all figured out.
