Each session is a safe, grounded space to slow down, tune into your body, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface — not to analyse or fix you, but to help your system find the safety it needs to release old patterns and begin to heal.

All sessions are trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based, blending Embodied Processing, parts work, inner child exploration, and nervous system regulation.

*If financial hardship is getting in the way of you reaching out, please know that I offer a sliding scale to eligible clients.
*I provide Zoom (online video chat therapy).
*All session fees are due before the time of the session. I will email you an invoice at least 24hrs before our session. Bank Transfer is how I receive payment. My bank details will be provided on the invoice.
*The age group I work with are 18+.
If you require child or youth therapy, feel free to text or email me & I will share my referral list with you.
*Zoom enables me to work with people Australia-wide. I only work with clients who are residents in Australia due to insurance reasons.
